Care Group Leader
1. Commit to faithful attendance in Sunday school and worship services
2. Contact assigned class members on a bi-weekly bases
3. Remain in close contact with assigned members who are absent for more than two consecutive weeks
4. Report any prayer concerns or special needs to the inreach leader, prayer leader, and church office if appropriate
5. Pray weekly for your assigned class members
6. Be active in meeting needs of class members through your care group as they arise (meals, transportation, etc.)
7. Develop relationships with class members outside the church setting
