Inreach Leader
1. Commit to faithful attendance in Sunday school and worship services
2. Enlist at least two care group leaders to assist you in the tasks listed below. The number of care group leaders will vary depending on the class size
3. Contact all class members on a biweekly bases (divide class members between yourself and the care group leaders – rotate these groups periodically)
4. Remain in close contact with members who are absent for more than two consecutive weeks
5. Report any prayer concerns or special needs to the prayer leader, teacher, and church office if appropriate
6. Pray weekly for those class members assigned to your care
7. Be active in meeting needs of class members as they arise (meals, transportation, etc.)
8. Develop relationships with class members outside the church setting
